This unique Patek Philippe Nautilus 5990 has been diamond set by our experienced watchmakers using 786 VS1 baguette-cut diamonds for a total of 68.359ct. This watch features a sapphire crystal back to show the movement and it's powered by an automatic self-winding movement.
