Custom dials, diamond set bezels, straps and factory parts for Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Hublot and Richard Mille. Every part is made, set and fitted in our London workshop by ex-Rolex trained watchmakers, so the watch that leaves us is finished to the standard it arrived in.
Dials
Rolex Dials and Custom Dials
Our dial collection is the largest part of our stock and the most searched for. It covers Arabic numeral dials for the Daytona, Datejust and Day-Date, mother of pearl and meteorite dials, diamond set dials and print style designs made to order. Every Rolex dial replacement is fitted in house by our own watchmakers.
If you cannot see the dial you want, we can make it. Colour, print, stone setting and lume are all specified to your brief.
Bezels
Diamond Set Bezels
Diamond bezels for the Submariner, Datejust, Day-Date and Daytona sit alongside settings for the Royal Oak, Nautilus and Big Bang. Stones are graded, matched and set by hand in our workshop, so the finish is consistent all the way round the case.
We also stock plain and gem set bezels in steel, gold and ceramic for owners who want a different look without diamonds.
Straps and Bracelets
Straps for Cartier, Rolex and Audemars Piguet
Leather straps for the Cartier Santos, rubber and fabric straps for sports models and replacement bracelets for the brands we specialise in. Straps are supplied in the correct lug width for your reference and can be fitted at the showroom.
Factory Parts
Factory Parts in Stock
Manufacturer produced dials, bezels, bracelets and case components held in stock for owners restoring a watch to its original specification or replacing a damaged part. Each item is checked by our watchmakers before it is listed and again before it is fitted.
Diamond Setting
Set in House, Never Outsourced
Our setters work in natural diamonds and coloured stones including sapphires, rubies and emeralds, setting into steel, gold, platinum and titanium cases. Nothing leaves the building. The same team that sets the stones fits the part and checks the watch, which is why we can stand behind the work with our 12 month warranty.
DLC and PVD Coating
Black and Dark Grey Finishes
Diamond-like carbon (DLC, a hard carbon coating bonded to the metal) gives a dark metallic grey surface with strong scratch resistance. Physical vapour deposition (PVD, a thin vaporised metal layer applied in a vacuum) produces a deeper black finish and remains the most requested treatment for cases and bracelets. We coat complete watches or individual parts.
Conversions and Recreations
Refresh, Upgrade or Recreate
Fit a new dial and bezel to bring an older reference up to date, add stones for a bolder look or recreate a discontinued configuration that the manufacturer no longer supplies. We advise on which changes are reversible and recommend keeping your original parts so the watch can be returned to factory specification later.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you fit the parts you sell?
Yes. Dials, bezels, straps and factory parts are fitted in our London workshop by our own watchmakers. You can also buy a part on its own and have your watchmaker fit it.
Will a custom dial or bezel affect my watch?
A non-factory part takes the watch outside the manufacturer's specification, so it will not be covered by a manufacturer guarantee and some collectors prefer original configurations at resale. We recommend keeping your original parts so the watch can be returned to factory specification at any time.
Can I keep my original parts?
Yes. Ask us to return your original dial, bezel or bracelet when you book the work and we will package them with the watch.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
Parts fitted by Time 4 Diamonds are covered by our 12 month warranty.
Do you ship parts worldwide?
Yes. Parts ship insured worldwide. Trade buyers and watchmakers can contact us through our trade services page.
