Custom Diamond Watches: Bespoke Timepieces Crafted in London Since 2005
A custom diamond watch is more than a luxury accessory. It is a statement of identity. At Time 4 Diamonds, we have been crafting bespoke timepieces from our London workshop since 2005, transforming authentic Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Hublot, Cartier, and Richard Mille watches into one-of-a-kind creations.
Every project begins with a genuine, pre-owned timepiece. Our in-house artisans, including expert gemologists, skilled gem-setters, and master watchmakers, then bring your vision to life. That could mean setting natural VS1 diamonds into a bezel, hand-painting a bespoke dial, or recreating an off-catalogue Rolex design at a fraction of the factory price. We return all original parts, so you always have the option to revert your watch to its standard specification.

What We Can Customise
Our bespoke services cover every visible and functional element of a luxury watch. Below is an overview of the modifications available when you commission a custom piece with us.
Diamond Setting & Gem Work
Diamond setting is at the heart of what we do. It is in our name. We use only hand-selected, natural diamonds graded no lower than VS1 clarity and G to H colour. Our gem-setters work with a range of cuts, including round brilliant, baguette, trapeze, and pavé, and can incorporate coloured gemstones such as emeralds, rubies, and sapphires. From a subtle diamond bezel to a fully iced-out case and bracelet, the scope of the work is entirely up to you. For inspiration, browse our guide to the best custom diamond-set Rolex watches.
Case Materials & Protective Coatings
The case defines the character of your watch. We work with stainless steel, 18ct gold (yellow, rose, and white), titanium, and ceramic. For those who favour a stealthier aesthetic, we offer PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) and DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coatings. Both provide exceptional scratch resistance whilst giving the watch a striking matte-black or metallic-grey finish. Our guide to Rolex customisation methods covers PVD and DLC in greater detail.
Bespoke Dials
The dial is the face your watch presents to the world, and a custom dial transforms a familiar model into something unmistakably yours. Our workshop produces guilloché-engraved textures, hand-painted enamel artwork, skeleton (open-worked) designs, and diamond-set or gemstone-adorned dials. We also create Arabic-numeral dials, a speciality that has become one of our most sought-after commissions. Personal engravings, logos, and bespoke colour matching are all available.
Hands, Hour Markers & Indices
Small details make a significant difference. Choose from diamond-set hour markers for added brilliance, luminescent hands and indices for low-light legibility, or custom-coloured hands in contrasting tones such as red, blue, or gold. Numeral styles, including Roman, Arabic, or stick can be matched to your dial design for a fully cohesive look.
Straps & Bracelets
A strap change alone can redefine how a watch wears. We offer alligator, crocodile, and smooth leather straps, stainless steel and gold (or two-tone) bracelets, and modern rubber and fabric options. Custom clasps, engraved buckles, and gemstone-accented bracelet links are also available. Browse our full range of watch parts and accessories if you prefer to source individual components.

Why Clients Choose Time 4 Diamonds
Two Decades of Specialist Experience
We have been customising luxury watches since 2005 and are recognised specialists in modifying Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Hublot, Cartier, and Richard Mille. Our team includes qualified gemologists who hand-pick every diamond, experienced gem-setters who execute intricate pavé and invisible settings, and watchmakers who ensure mechanical integrity throughout the process. Every finished piece undergoes rigorous quality inspection before it leaves our workshop.
Natural Diamonds, Never Compromised
Our diamonds are always natural, never lab-grown or simulated. Each stone is independently certified and graded no lower than VS1 clarity with G to H colour. We hold a stock of over 300,000 loose certified diamonds, giving you access to a wide selection of cuts, sizes, and carat weights without the wait.
Authentic Watches, Original Parts Returned
Every custom project begins with an authentic luxury timepiece, never a replica. If we replace a factory bezel, dial, or bracelet during the modification, we return the original components to you. This means you retain the option to restore your watch to its factory configuration at any time, an important consideration for long-term value. To understand how customisation affects resale, our customisation pros and cons guide covers the topic in detail.
Competitive Pricing & Pre-Owned Custom Watches
Bespoke does not have to mean prohibitively expensive. Our custom versions of sought-after off-catalogue models, such as the Rolex Daytona "Rainbow" or the "Eye of the Tiger", offer the same visual impact as factory-set pieces at a significantly lower cost. We also carry a curated selection of ready-made custom watches for those who prefer to buy a finished piece directly. Browse our current watch deals for the latest availability.
Full Aftercare & Servicing
Your relationship with us does not end at delivery. All bespoke work is covered by a 24-month warranty, and our luxury watch servicing and repair centre ensures your timepiece remains in peak condition for years to come. From routine maintenance to part replacements and refurbishment, our qualified watchmakers handle everything in-house.
