Factory Set vs Custom Set: Which is Right for You?
A factory-set watch comes directly from the brand with diamonds or embellishments installed during production. It carries the manufacturer's warranty, holds strong resale value, and reflects the original design vision.
But your vision might look completely different, and that's where customisation comes in. A custom-set watch puts you at the centre of the creative process. It starts with a consultation with our design team, where you choose the stone size, quality, cut, and arrangement to match your personal style. Our skilled in-house jewellers then bring that vision to life.
You could also take inspiration from a brand's exclusive or off-catalogue timepieces that are otherwise inaccessible and have our artisans recreate them for a fraction of the retail price. We only use natural, hand-picked diamonds and gemstones of the highest quality, graded no lower than VS1 clarity with G to H colour.

Bring your watch to us in person at our London showroom, or send it securely using a prepaid, fully insured shipping label. Don't own a watch yet? We can source the perfect model for you.
2. Design Your Vision
Share your concept with our design team. Pick from our existing designs, bring your own reference, or take inspiration from an off-catalogue piece. Subtle or bold, we'll guide you through every detail.
3. Crafting Your Timepiece
Our in-house artisans, ex-Rolex engineers, including expert gem-setters and qualified gemologists, blend precision and creativity to transform your watch into a one-of-a-kind piece.
4. The Reveal
Your finished watch is delivered to your door via insured shipping or made ready for collection. All original factory parts are returned to you, and every project is backed by our 24-month warranty.
