Erling Haaland is one of the world’s best strikers, who is in fine form in this 2025/26 Premier League season, currently playing his football at Manchester City. The clinical Norwegian striker holds the record for the most goals scored in a single EPL season, and is looking to break his own record, scoring 19 goals in 17 league games so far.
As well as his goal-scoring record, Haaland is known to have a strong watch collection, being spotted wearing Rolex, Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet watches. However, since October 2022, the Norwegian striker has been a Bretiling brand ambassador, part of their “All-Star Squad” of sports ambassadors. Therefore, as we unveil the watches worn by Haaland, it is very rare to see him wearing timepieces produced by other brands but Breitling.
Breitling Chronomat BO1 42 Erling Haaland
Opening Erling Haaland’s watch collection is the Breitling Chronomat BO1 42, with Erling Haaland’s name attached to the watch, having co-designed the watch together. Limited to just 250 pieces, this Chronomat is cast out of 18ct red gold and features a meteorite dial that is cut from the 4.5 billion-year-old Muonionalusta meteorite.
To pay tribute to Haaland, his initials are part of the chronograph hand, also showing his relation to this model. Also, this Breitling watch celebrates the first time use of the meteorite material, but what a way to apply this. Haaland is pictured wearing this piece with the full red gold “Rouleaux” integrated bracelet and the rubber strap.
Rolex Daytona 116508
Before joining Man City, Haaland was not a Breitling ambassador and wore timepieces from different brands, starting with this Rolex Daytona reference 116508. This is the 18ct yellow gold piece with the striking green dial, known as the Daytona “John Mayer”, which is one of the most sought-after Daytona models.

Released in 2016, the Daytona “John Mayer” was never a hit to begin with. However, in an interview with Hodinkee, musician and watch collector John Mayer spoke about this specific Daytona watch, which led to a surge in demand and the model gaining popularity with Mayer’s name attached to it. Discontinued in 2023, this reference 116508 is now one of the most sought-after Daytona watches to date.
Patek Nautilus 5711/1A-010
Next, Haaland has been seen wearing the highly desirable Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711/1A-010. This reference of the Nautilus is one of the most sought-after Patek watches ever produced, produced in stainless steel and features an elegant blue dial.

The iconic 5711/1A was produced from 2006 to 2021, making the Patek model one of the longest-produced watches ever. When discontinued in 2021, horological collectors and enthusiasts were shocked because of how successful the 5711/1A was. Patek Philippe president Thierry Stern intended for the 5711/1A to be discontinued because he wanted to protect the brand’s long-term reputation from becoming defined by a single model.
Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar 22651TI
Haaland has worn Rolex and Patek Philippe before checking off Audemars Piguet, as here, the Norwegian striker is seen rocking the limited edition Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar, reference 22651TI. There are only 300 pieces of this AP watch available worldwide; however, half were allocated and sold specifically in Japan, meaning this is a very rare piece.
Another distinctive feature of this watch is its salmon dial, a colour sought by watch enthusiasts and collectors alike. Additionally, this perpetual calendar piece is crafted out of titanium, a combination which is hard to come by, as, conventionally, this prestigious complication is paired with a precious metal. Therefore, this is truly a remarkable piece!
Rolex Daytona 116588TBR
A second Rolex watch to feature in Haaland’s collection is the off-catalogue Daytona “Eye of the Tiger” reference 116588TBR. As highlighted, this is an off-catalogue Rolex watch, unattainable by the “Average Joe” and reserved for Rolex’s VIP clientele. Simply, this demonstrates Haaland’s top-level status.
First introduced in 2019, this extremely rare Rolex piece is crafted out of 18ct yellow gold, featuring 36 trapeze-cut diamonds set into the bezel with a striking dial that truly reflects Rolex’s dedication to fine craftsmanship. The base of the dial is Rolex’s champagne colour, with black lacquer swirls and 243 diamonds set around the dial to replicate the aesthetics of a tiger’s fur.
Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Jumbo Extra-Thin 16202BA
Here, Haaland is seen wearing a very special Audemars Piguet watch, the Royal Oak Jumbo Extra-Thin 50th Anniversary reference 16202BA. Released in 2022 to celebrate 50 years of the Royal Oak collection, AP introduced the reference 16202BA, replacing the long-standing reference 15202.

Produced in 18ct yellow gold, this is a very bold piece, even though it is a 39mm Royal Oak. The smoked yellow-gold Petite Tapisserie dial matches the vibrant and strong 18ct yellow gold metal. All 2022 models featured an exclusive “50-years” rotor, but standard versions feature a normal rotor.
Patek Philippe Nautilus Moonphase 5712/R
Haaland has been spotted wearing the highly sought-after Patek Philippe Nautilus reference 5712/R. Specifically, this is the 5712/R-001 with the brown leather strap, in production for 18 years, discontinuing in 2024. The version with the integrated bracelet, reference 5712/1R, remains in production, having only been released in 2022.

Rolex Daytona 116506
Another extremely special piece that Haaland has been seen wearing is the Rolex Daytona 116506 in platinum with the ice blue dial and chestnut brown Cerachrom bezel. In 2013, Rolex released this 116505 reference of the Daytona to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the model.

This is highly sought after by horological enthusiasts and collectors alike due to the purpose behind this release. At Watches and Wonders 2023, the Daytona 116506 was discontinued and replaced by the updated 126506, which became the first Rolex sports watch to feature a transparent sapphire case back.
Rolex GMT-Master II 126715CHNR
Haaland clearly loves Rolex, but because of his ambassadorship with Breitling, it is hard to find the Manchester City striker wearing a wristwatch that is not Breitling. Here, he is wearing the GMT-Master II reference 126715CHNR, released at BaselWorld 2018 and is still available from the AD today.

Finally, Haaland has been seen wearing a second Rolex GMT-Master II, this time the reference 126719BLRO; the 18ct white gold variation of the “Pepsi”. There are two dial options for this GMT-Master II model: a blue dial and a meteorite dial, and as we can see in the image above, Haaland opted for the meteorite dial.

This 18ct white gold piece was first released in 2018, but the meteorite dial was introduced in 2019 for the 126719BLRO. This is a mesmerising piece, with the meteorite dial being the star of the show, made from genuine slices of iron meteorite, so they are incredibly rare. The combination with the “Pepsi” bezel is magnificent, allowing the blue-red bezel to pop.
As well as being spotted wearing these immaculate luxury wristwatches, Erling Haaland is known to wear other timepieces, such as the Rolex Submariner references 116610LV and 116619LB, Richard Mille RM35-03 and the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15407ST. Whilst the Man City striker is a brand ambassador for Breitling, it will be interesting if he makes a future move to an alternative brand.
