Rolex bezels are one of the most requested customisations we carry out, and the fastest way to change the look of a Submariner, Daytona, GMT-Master II or Datejust without touching the rest of the watch. Our stock and bespoke work covers diamond, baguette, rainbow and gem-set custom bezels alongside factory replacement parts, all set and fitted in our London workshop.
Rolex bezels we stock
Our Rolex bezel work splits into two routes that cover almost every order.
Custom Rolex bezels. The bulk of our stock. These are bezels set with diamonds or coloured stones, built on a precious metal base in white, yellow or rose gold, then fitted to your watch. Formats run from round brilliant diamond bezels through baguette-cut channels, rainbow sapphire gradients and mixed gem-set designs with rubies, emeralds and blue sapphires. Custom is the route for buyers who want a look Rolex does not offer at retail.
Factory Rolex bezels. Original Rolex bezels and bezel parts sourced through our trade network and matched by reference. These are used for straight replacement of a damaged, scratched or faded bezel, including ceramic Cerachrom inserts on Submariner and GMT-Master II, and factory platinum and gold bezels on the Day-Date.
Diamond and baguette Rolex bezels
Diamond is the most requested Rolex bezel by a wide margin. The work ranges from a single row of round brilliant diamonds through full baguette-cut channel settings. Round brilliant bezels give the traditional pavé sparkle and suit the Datejust, Day-Date and Submariner. Baguette-cut bezels use rectangular stones set edge to edge for a cleaner, blockier line, and are the most expensive format because the stones must be cut and matched to the curve of the bezel.
We hold custom diamond bezels for the 36mm and 41mm Day-Date and Datejust, the Submariner, the Daytona and the GMT-Master II, in white, yellow and rose gold bases. Stone grades are matched on brief, and we can set to a specified colour and clarity for buyers who want certification-grade stones rather than commercial quality.
Rainbow and gem-set Rolex bezels
Rainbow bezels set a graduated spectrum of coloured sapphires around the bezel, following the look made famous by the Rolex Daytona Rainbow reference 116595RBOW. We build rainbow custom bezels for the Daytona and GMT-Master II in white and yellow gold, using calibrated sapphires graded and ordered by colour. Because each stone has to be sourced to sit in sequence, rainbow bezels are a specialist build and are quoted on brief.
Beyond rainbow, we set single-colour and mixed gem bezels: blue sapphire bezels for the Submariner and GMT-Master II, black and green combinations, and diamond-and-ruby Daytona bezels. These suit buyers who want a distinct colourway rather than the standard diamond white.
Custom bezels by Rolex model
The model dictates the bezel format, because each Rolex bezel has its own diameter, profile and fitting.
The Submariner takes diamond, baguette and sapphire custom bezels in place of the standard rotating Cerachrom bezel, and is one of our most common builds. The Daytona suits diamond, rainbow and gem-set bezels and is the model most associated with the rainbow look. The GMT-Master II takes diamond, baguette, blue sapphire and two-tone gem bezels, often matched to the Pepsi or Batman colourway. The Day-Date and Datejust, particularly the 36mm and 41mm, take round brilliant and baguette diamond bezels and are the classic dress diamond bezel format.
How the order process works
Bezel pricing on individual product listings includes the part and fitting. Our watchmakers remove the existing bezel, fit the new one, reseat and test the watch for water resistance where relevant, then return it ready to wear. Turnaround on stock bezel fits is typically five to ten working days. Bespoke diamond, baguette and rainbow builds take longer and are quoted on brief because stones are sourced and set to order. The same workshop handles a full Rolex service alongside the bezel fit where the piece needs one.
UK next-day delivery is included on outbound shipping. International shipping runs via FedEx. Middle East clients typically brief over WhatsApp; UK buyers over email or in person at our London showroom on More London Riverside.
For anything outside the bezel work above, including matching diamond dials, full case customisation or sourcing a base watch to build on, brief the piece through the banner below. We also stock Rolex watches for buyers building from a base, matching Rolex dials for a full custom look, and full bespoke watches for unrestricted briefs.
Frequently asked questions
Can you fit a diamond bezel to my Rolex?
Yes. Diamond bezels are our most common Rolex customisation, on the Submariner, Daytona, GMT-Master II, Day-Date and Datejust. We set round brilliant or baguette diamonds on a white, yellow or rose gold base and fit the bezel to your watch. Brief the model, reference and the diamond format you want.
What is the difference between a round brilliant and a baguette diamond bezel?
Round brilliant bezels use circular stones for the traditional pavé sparkle. Baguette bezels use rectangular stones set edge to edge for a cleaner, blockier line. Baguette is the more expensive format because each stone is cut and matched to the curve of the bezel.
Do you sell factory or custom Rolex bezels?
Both. Factory bezels are original Rolex parts sourced through our trade network, including ceramic Cerachrom inserts and factory gold and platinum bezels. Custom bezels are diamond and gem-set pieces built in our London workshop. Every listing states which format it is.
Can I get a rainbow bezel for my Rolex Daytona?
Yes. We build rainbow custom bezels for the Daytona and GMT-Master II using calibrated coloured sapphires graded and ordered by colour, in the style of the Rolex Daytona Rainbow. Because each stone is sourced to sit in sequence, rainbow bezels are a specialist build quoted on brief.
Does fitting a custom bezel affect my Rolex warranty?
Any modification to an original Rolex will typically void the remaining manufacturer warranty. Time 4 Diamonds provides a 12 month warranty on the bezel, fitting and any service work carried out. Buyers who intend to maintain a factory warranty should not modify the watch.
How much does a Rolex bezel cost?
Factory replacement bezels and entry diamond bezels typically sit in the low to mid four figures including fitting. Baguette, rainbow and full gem-set custom bezels scale into the upper four and five figures depending on stone grade, cut and quantity. Individual listings carry current pricing, and bespoke builds are quoted on brief.
