Yes, all items purchased from Time 4 Diamonds come with box and papers, unless stated otherwise in the individual listing of the watch.
Is Time 4 Diamonds an authorised dealer for any brand?
While Time 4 Diamonds is not an authorised or direct dealer for any brand, all of our products originate from authorised dealers.
Does Time 4 Diamonds provide a warranty?
Yes, all items come with a 12 month warranty as standard. This supersedes any manufacturer's warranty on bespoke or customised pieces. Extended warranty is available on request and prices may vary for different timepieces and jewellery.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14 day returns policy alongside secure shipping on every order. Contact the team for full details before returning any item.
Can I visit your showrooms?
Yes, by appointment only. Our London showroom at 3 More London Riverside is open Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, with the last appointment at 5:30pm and weekends by special request. Our Dubai showroom at Gold and Diamond Park is also by appointment.
